LRWC’s common shares was originally incorporated on October 10, 1957 as Atlas Fertilizer Corporation and engaged in fertilizer and industrial chemicals production. As part of the corporate restructuring of the Company in 1996, the Company’s primary purpose was amended in 1999 to engage in realty development focusing on leisure business. When the listed entity acquired AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. (ABLE), as its wholly owned subsidiary in October 1999, LRWC extended its business to professionally managing bingo gaming through Bingo Bonanza Corporation.

When does LRWC hold its annual stockholders’ meeting?

Pursuant to LRWC’s By-Laws, the annual stockholders’ meeting is held every last Friday of July.
A shareholder will receive the following prior to the annual meeting: (1) notice of meeting and agenda, (2) proxy form, and (3) a copy of LRWC’s Definitive Information Statement duly submitted to the SEC. A proxy form will be provided and it entitles a stockholder who cannot attend to be represented during the meeting by his authorized proxy. These Proxy forms need to be submitted to the Corporate Secretary at least three (3) working days before the scheduled stockholders’ meeting in order that they may be included.
